Sales Engineer – Emilia Region in Bussero, Lombardia, Italy

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS=

•Responds to the area manager.
•Monitors the market carefully and reports progress through reports to the area manager itself.
•Ensures in his area the maintenance and the sales development of the product range entrusted.
•Monitors the commercialization of new products working with the market specialist and the marketing manager.
•Processes sales charts and proposes them to the sales management to define the budget.

RESPONSABILITY=

•Responds of the attainment of the results to the objectives set by the sale budget.
•Before doing an offer, he verifies that the final destination of the goods and the use thereof are compliant with the regulation required by Emerson and/or local authorities for good intended to countries that are under embargo and/or sanctions.
•He keeps informed about the destination of the orders, both as final destination and as the use of the goods supplied, making sure that this is not intended to countries under embargo and/or sanctions by both the U.S. and EU for a use that is not in compliance with the regulation required by Emerson.
•He complies with all the requirements in terms of EMERSON Professional Ethics.

Trade Compliance = He covers the function of USER

Specific responsibilities consist of ensuring that all transactions are screened appropriately and duly registered in accordance with company procedures of Trade Compliance.



KNOW-HOW =

•Indipendence and initiative mind.
•Ready to good interpersonal relations, diplomacy and mediation skills.
•Ability to manage priorities.
•Knowledge of foreign languages (especially English).
•Willingness to travel.
•Ability to perceive the needs of the market in a timely manner.
•Knowledge of the main international standards (ATEX; CE, EN etc..) and ISO 9001.
•Good basic technical training.
•In-depth Knowledge of the market and of the fields of application of the product.
•Knowledge of the issues of the main sectors (products-applications, competition, etc).
•Capacity of assessment of the customer (potential, solvency, etc).

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING REQUIRED =

Diploma or degree with technical address.
Three years experience minimum required in ISO 9001 certified company with the same professional position.
